In summer and winter 2002 history students at the national Kiev university collected in several Ukrainian cities testimonies on the famine of the years 1932-33. They evoke the causes of that famine, the conditions of its development, the criminal acts of government officials against the population as well as the consequences of that famine on its survivors.
