Mushrooms are mysterious by nature and introduce us to a fabulous world. Some of them have psychotropic properties and are taken for psychedelic trips. But, conversely, one can choose the way of knowledge and discover the mycologists’ world through them. These two approaches are considered in two literary works: Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll and the Rhétorique fabuleuse by André Dhotel.
