Based on two fieldwork studies in Île-de-France, the first one on street prostitution, the second one on multipartner women and their space of seduction, this paper aims at revisiting the theories of exchange in sexuality. Price and value attributed to partners determine systems of debts not only necessary but also searched for. These material or immaterial debts involve power relations but are also the expression desires and wishesto project into the future.
